My typical Adventure Office hours are Mondays & Fridays 8am-12pm PST.

During office hours, I fulfill all orders from the website, as well as resolve any issues with past/future orders and user accounts.

Please note these times and consider them for any orders that require immediate shipping/fulfillment for birthdays, special occasions, etc.

You can contact me anytime via this email with your questions/concerns and I will do my best to respond within 24 hours.

If you would like to message The Adventure Agents directly, I recommend using Facebook or Instagram messenger (with help from an adult if you are under the age of 18), as that is the most likely way to get a response. While they are very busy on adventures and have many requests, they try to respond to as many agents as possible.
